I built iThrive for people who want to use AI in a way that’s useful, ethical, and genuinely empowering — without the hype, jargon, or “tech bro” energy.

Yep. I used AI to make this picture. But that’s mostly because I’m a mother of five, a business woman, a worker, and I haven’t found the time for headshot photography. This is actually what I look like. My 12 year old assures it’s accurate (and kids these days have a very keen filter for AI content).

And yes, most of this page is generously written by AI. Is it the bullet points that give it away? (Don’t lie – you love the bullet points for simplicity.)

My work sits at the intersection of business + education

Here’s what I’ve noticed: most AI conversations fall into one of two camps.

Super technical… and completely overwhelming
Super “quick tips” … and completely unreliable

But the real world needs something different.

People don’t need to become developers or influencers.
They need foundations, guardrails, and repeatable workflows that hold up in real life — especially when you’re busy.

That’s the work I do. And I love it.

My background (the credibility piece)

I come from the world of business systems, operations, digital tools, and automation. I’ve worked with business owners and teams to untangle messy processes, simplify workflows, and build systems that make businesses run better — with less admin and more clarity.

And alongside the business side, I’ve always cared deeply about how people actually learn.

That’s why my work is backed by both:

real-world consulting experience in business systems + AI, and
my Associate Degree in Educational Studies, which shapes the way I teach (clear, structured, supportive, and designed for real humans with full lives).

I don’t just want people to “watch content.”
I want them to build capability. And then use it to do amazing things.
